I have not often seen this type of banding in the morning sky, but thought it was pretty interesting.

But, then again, as long as I was there, I couldn’t resist the shot.
The tall ships have returned after being absent due to the damnpenic. Previous years, the ships came to Duluth Minnesota ,however, this year they are in Two Harbors which is about 25 miles up the shore of Lake Superior. To avoid the crowds, I arrived around 5:30AM and flew my drone out over the harbor.
After paddling under the Aerial Lift Bridge, through the shipping channel, three paddle boarders are rewarded with a beautiful sunrise over Lake Superior.
