I don’t usually do event or sports photography anymore but, this sounded like a fun way to spend an afternoon. On the weekend prior to the adult Beargrease sled dog race up the north shore of Minnesota, there is a youth version of the race that takes place in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Kids as young as two years old can participate in the event. When they get their dogs harnessed, they WANT to run!
