Very nice capture. Is this a long exposure that allows the person (I’m assuming it is) on the stairs to be almost invisible?

Actually, the app I used is for taking three exposures for HDR. I’ve co-opted it for multiple exposures by moving my phone to varying degrees while shooting. The app is called HDR Photo Camera, https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hdr-photo-camera/id465283767?mt=8
